From brief to handover
This is the Powered Sites assignment flow, not a universal authority process. Detailed planning, grid studies and other tracks can run in parallel.
01
Enquiry
You describe the question. This is not an order.
02
Scoping
We propose deliverable, responsibilities and limits.
03
Proposal
Fee and third-party costs are written separately.
04
Written order
Work starts only after that.
05
Delivery
Sources and uncertainties stay visible.
06
Next decision
Continue, complement or stop.
Responsibilities that stay visible
Powered Sites is accountable for the scoped file. The municipality, grid company, landowner and specialists take their own decisions. Those roles are not mixed in the deliverable.
What can wait
After the initial scoping, a call or controlled document share can be arranged when the assignment requires it.
Parallel tracks
An assignment can have several tracks at once. Each track has a clear scope and responsible role; findings are not blended together.
- Land and control — buyer, landowner or property role
- Planning and permitting — agreed planning role
- Grid and connection — grid specialist when scoped
- Environment and connectivity — relevant specialist when scoped
- Delivery and mandate — buyer and coordination role
If the work stops
If the evidence does not support the next step, we record what was reviewed, what remains unknown and which choice remains: clarify, commission a bounded check, pause or stop.
