What we collect
In the enquiry forms: name, email and the answers you type. Phone, organisation and country are optional. We do not ask for sensitive documents in the public form.
Purpose and legal basis
Necessary handling of the enquiry and a reply — legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract. General service information is sent only if you actively tick that box.
Storage and recipients
Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare KV in the environment that runs this website. Cloudflare is a processor for that storage. An optional webhook may notify internally after a successful write. There is no public customer database.
Retention and rights
Details are kept to handle the enquiry and a limited follow-up. You can request access or deletion through the contact form or hello@poweredsites.se.
