For landowners and representatives

Understand your land before positioning it for data center development.

A useful site proposition starts with the facts: land control, planning context, infrastructure evidence and the questions still to be resolved.

Powered Sites can start with a bounded screening. Further development, investor contact and marketing are separate steps. Publication or exclusivity is not created by submitting the form.

What is known

Documents, facts and dates you already have.

What needs checking

Gaps, contradictions and questions that need a specialist.

What the next step could be

A bounded screening, a planning route, or waiting.

How a first assessment works

  1. 01

    Describe the place

Municipality, approximate area or free text is enough. A point is not a legal boundary.

  2. 02

    State your role

Owner, representative, municipality or option holder. The form does not prove authority to sell.

  3. 03

    Say what exists

Planning papers, grid contact, or “I do not know”. Industrial land is not treated as approved data-center use.

  4. 04

    Receive a scope

We come back with what can be reviewed, what is missing and a fee proposal.

After you send the form

You see a receipt in this browser only after the enquiry is actually stored. That is not a land reservation, not a publication and not an assignment.

Sensitive papers are not sent in the public form. If a screening goes ahead, controlled sharing is arranged after scoping.

Common landowner questions

Do I need a detailed plan?
No. You can describe what exists, including that you do not know. A Powered Sites assessment does not replace a municipal planning opinion, and a planning opinion is not binding.
Will my land be published?
No. Submitting the form does not create a public listing or a mandate to market the land.
Do I need to upload contracts now?
No. Start with a non-sensitive outline. Contracts and studies wait for an agreed channel.
Can a municipality send the same kind of question?
Yes. Municipalities have their own path, with the same honesty about what is known and what is missing.
