For operators, developers and investors

Start with the requirements. Build a more useful shortlist.

A search has three phases: define the brief, investigate candidates and decide which evidence further work requires. You do not need a capacity figure or a target year to ask the first question.

Three phases

  1. 01

    Define the brief

Capacity, timing, geography and hard requirements — with uncertainty visible.

  2. 02

    Investigate candidates

The same questions for each option. No automatic winner.

  3. 03

    Decide the next evidence

What must be checked before you proceed, change the brief or stop.

What you receive

  • A brief that can actually be searched against, including load type if a figure exists.
  • The same review questions for every candidate.
  • Visible gaps: what is stated, reviewed or missing.
  • A recommended next decision — not an automatic winner.

What you do not get

  • No public list of vacant plots.
  • No reservation, option right or grid application.
  • No hidden portfolio unlocked by submitting a form.
  • No promise that three suitable sites exist.

This site does not show a warehouse of vacant plots. Search remains an orderable assignment against your brief.

Common search questions

Can we start without an MW figure?
Yes. Write what you know and mark the rest as undefined. We will not guess the load type.
Do we need a Swedish company first?
No. An international enquiry can be sent. The country field is not an investment screening.
Do we get a map of vacant land?
No. The outcome is a documented comparison against your brief, not an open land map.
